How much does it cost?
Essentials is $70 a month for 2 pickups up to 20 lbs each. Household is $220 a month for 4 pickups up to 40 lbs each. Pickup and delivery are included.
Is there a first-month offer?
Yes. New customers get 20% off the first month of Essentials ($56 instead of $70) or Household ($176 instead of $220). It applies automatically at checkout, to the plan price only (not overweight or comforter charges). After that, the regular monthly price applies.
What if my laundry is over the limit?
Anything over your plan's per-pickup weight is $2 per lb.
What if I don't use all my pickups?
Unused pickups on monthly plans roll over for up to 3 months.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime.
My household doesn't fit a plan.

Where do you pick up?
Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Bee Cave and West Lake Hills (ZIPs 78620, 78737, 78734, 78738, 78736, 78733 and 78746). If we're not in your area yet, join the waitlist and we'll let you know when we are.
How does pickup work?
Leave your No Washing bag outside before your two-hour window. We collect it, wash and fold everything, and bring it back to your door.
Do I need to be home?
No. Pickup and delivery happen at your door, and we text you when your laundry is collected and when it's back.
How do I change a pickup?
Reply to our text to move a pickup or add a note. No app needed.
Care & detergent
What detergent do you use?
Premium, plant-based detergents such as Molly's Suds, with no harsh chemicals or dyes. We buy them ourselves; we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Molly's Suds.
Is my laundry washed with anyone else's?
No. Each household's laundry is washed on its own.
Can I add care instructions?
Yes. Mark hang-dry items and add notes when you schedule. We follow them at no extra charge.
Do you wash comforters?
Yes, for $8 each. They're washed on their own and returned folded.

Where does the AI come in?
It handles scheduling and updates: planning pickups, sending texts and making changes when you reply, so there's no back-and-forth.
