1. What we collect
- Contact and account details: name, email, phone, pickup address, ZIP code.
- Order details: plan, pickup dates and windows, care notes, hang-dry and comforter selections, laundry weights.
- Payment details: processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers.
- Waitlist sign-ups: email, ZIP and the page you signed up from.
- Usage data: privacy-friendly page and event analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), plus standard server logs such as browser type and referring page.
- Location: only if you tap the locate button. Your browser shares coordinates, which are sent to a reverse-geocoding service (BigDataCloud) to look up your ZIP. We don't store them.
2. How we use it
To check service in your area, schedule and complete pickups and deliveries, bill you, send order updates, answer questions, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.
3. Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree, we text you about pickups and deliveries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't sell or share your phone number for others' marketing. [confirm SMS provider and consent wording]
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), messaging [SMS provider], and the people who pick up and deliver your laundry. We share information when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information.
5. AI tools
