Last updated: [date]. These terms are an agreement between you and No Washing LLC ("No Washing", "we") for laundry pickup, wash and fold, and delivery.
1. The service
We pick up laundry at your door in our service area (Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Bee Cave and West Lake Hills), wash, dry and fold it, and return it. We may add or remove service areas.
2. Plans and pricing
- Essentials: $70 a month, 2 pickups up to 20 lbs each.
- Household: $220 a month, 4 pickups up to 40 lbs each.
- Over the per-pickup limit: $2 per lb. Comforters: $8 each.
- First-month offer: 20% off the first month's plan price for new customers on Essentials or Household. It doesn't apply to overweight or comforter charges.
3. Billing
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Overweight and comforter charges are billed after we weigh your order. [confirm when extra charges are collected]
4. Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unused pickups roll over for up to 3 months and then expire. [confirm whether pickups remain usable after cancelling]
5. Pickup and delivery
Leave your bag at the agreed spot before your two-hour window. If we can't reach your laundry, we'll text you to rebook. [missed-pickup and late-cancel policy]
6. What we don't accept
Items labeled dry-clean only, leather, items with hazardous substances, heavily soiled items (for example biohazards), and valuables. Check pockets before pickup. [final list]
7. Care and damage
We follow care labels and your notes. Normal wear, color bleeding from unlabeled items, and shrinkage of items not marked hang-dry aren't covered. If something is lost or damaged because of our handling, tell us within [X days] of delivery. [liability limit per item / per order]
